With the reorganization of ACSM which began in 2004, the responsibility for various programs has been transferred
         to the appropriate ACSM Member Organization (MO). In the case of the ACSM-THSOA Certified Hydrographer program,
         the National Society of Professional Sureyors (NSPS) has assumed that responsibility.
